Excellent service from Orchid - called to check a few things from our order. Food delivered on time and as usual it was lovely! Always order from here and will again in future.

Unfortunately I didn’t enjoy my shredded beef and chilli sauce last night it’s not as good as it use to be maybe a different chef? Found the sauce to be very thick, rich and sickly. Sadly it has put me off ordering from this takeaway again

I would have been quicker flying to china and ordering a meal there than ordering from here. Food is ok but the waiting time needs to up I proved. I've never had a meal from here where I haven't phoned to complain about the wait time.

Ordered for 17.40 (specifically didn't select the "17.30 ASAP" option as we weren't home and aware the ASAP can mean really early) - missed call from delivery driver just before 17.00 as he'd attempted to deliver. Luckily nearly home so he waited but food now lukewarm and not particularly hungry enough yet to eat! Very disappointed
